I have followed surf from his time at cleartrader (or whatever ithis site was called when he was trading options)... he seems like a nice guy, but I never took the trouble to verify if his posted picks made money or not...
I do say however that I saw the Prof call trades in real time for a week or so and he had zero trouble whatsoever snagging 2 ES points a day while doing other things at the same time... furthermore, he only traded part of the day, and I am quite sure he could have done 5 or so.
So, now is the time to face up surfer. OF COURSE you are not going to do it, I am quite sure.
And if you do, you will lose, no question at all in my mind.... I would be willing to put real money on that.

sorry, dow, i issued a legitimate challenge first. you are the one backing down and countering with an absurdity.
i don't sell my trading systems, YOU DO. i make no claims about my systems--- other than the proof has been published since 2000 regarding the effectiveness of the index program and uncannily accurate stock picks.
why won't you submit to testing of your system? think of all the new clients you could generate from providing an unbiased test of your "perfect" trading program ( per your site ).

i believe that you witnesses the prof making the trades. however, as you know, i don't sell a system, seminars or anything like that--- and i issued the challenge first to dow-- since, apparently he has a highly effective method-- why does he hesitate having it verified and tested by an impartial party such as murray ruggerio or another??

I'm not interested in generating anything but egg on your face. As Vienna stated, we all knew you would back down from a public challenge. It absolutely doesn't matter that you don't sell systems, you sell wolf tickets you can't cash and have done it for years here on ET.
You want an unbiased test . . . you have it. Beginning February, 13th, 2005, after I am done traveling, I will trade a virgin account starting with $10,000.00 for 20 days straight but not here on ET. We have all seen what you and your cronies can do to a journal. This will give you 20 full days to see that Trend following has absolutely nothing to do with "buying tops or selling bottoms" or survivorship bias as you usually spew. This will be an account that I will post the account statement to on a daily basis. I challenge you to do the same. Both of us trading the Spot EURO. My worthless Trend following system against the best of whatever-you-call-what-you-do. So if you kick my butt I will give you ever bit of information on how I trade. Any information regarding it that you want and I will leave ET forever in humiliation. I will even give you the profits off my virgin account. But when I kick your butt, and I will, what will you give me? Make it fair now surfer . . . if you have a problem with understanding what that word "fair" means I can direct you to www.dictionary.com .
I don't think this competition will ever happen but I bet there are a lot of other traders out there that would love to see the results of your trading. I think it would certainly shut up a lot of people (or prove them right) once and for all to see real results especially for this extended period of time. So hopefully you will decide to do it regardless if you will be joined or not.
ah, so i see, you dont even understand my original request to have your system objectively tested. your inane and absurd responses make your position clear, your system obviously will not stand up to objective testing.
