I don't know about all Americans but I will tell you this. I am following this one guy's (multimillionaire) sec filings over the last several months and he sure is dumb. In the last 6 weeks or so he has lost millions, then he averaged down. I want to send him an e-mail and tell him to stop this nonsense. It is sad when you think about it, he is a nice guy from what I've read.
