Poll: 58 Percent Say Professional Athletes Should Be Required to Stand During National Anthem

Up to the employer, not the rabid mob demanding it.

Your employer serves customers. It behooves any business not to disrespect the majority of their customers.

The bottom line once again is that you have NO first amendment rights in your workplace.

So 58% of the people are wrong and think a person's 1st amendment should be infringed, what else is new?

Where was the left calling for first amendment rights when James Damore got fired from google by the PC nazi's for telling the truth?

Same place as now I'm guessing? Symbolic speech vs written, directed speech? I mean that kapernick fella is out of a job too, so not sure what your point is?

Correct. Up to the employer. It is not a right.

Most businesses find out in the end that it is up to your customers. Ask Target, Chick-fil-A and many others how this works.

The best position for most businesses is to stay out of social and political controversies that may offend a good portion of your customers. Craft a neutral response.
