To bring this thread back to subject....I would argue that the key is simply education. Ignorance is mankind's biggest foe.
 
Colleges and Universities have become "brainwashing camp" for Leftism, for the most part. Unfortunately the kids are too immature and weak-minded to do anything other than absorb the vile spew of their Lefty, agenda-promoting professors.
