The curious question is whether or not it appeared on a teleprompter or whether Obama was trying to speak without his teleprompter. Whenever he does that, he gets in trouble.

Obama is not a great orator like everyone gives him credit as. Lots of folks can speak well when the teleprompter is helping you. It's speaking on your own that truly defines great speakers.
