Obviously a passed out drug user breaking the law by sleeping on the bench in the metro. He resisted arrest and came after the cop, he got was he deserved.
Look at this video in minute 5:38. The police kick that man sleeping on the metro bench. Then the man stand up {only stand up, no gun, no fight}, then the police beat him. The man is very big on the bench, so police are afraid of him and so beat him for sleeping on the bench? Too sad to see that pussy police.
Ok, to sleep in the public metro is against the law. But some people are homeless, addiction to drugs, unstable. Ok. For the police to respond to (NOT AGRESSIVE PERSON) sleeping in the public is only the big pussy with the power, with not empathy. Because really he can use his police power for more aggressive people that try to hurt other people. This man is only sleeping on the bench. When the police kick him, he stand up tall, he react. What will you do if you have a kick to you? Pussy police with their guns and tasers to feel the power to abuse the person asleep not doing nothing and no crime. Big pussy police.
We will let other people watch the video and make their judgement. That hardly qualifies as a kick. I think the cop was merely stepping forward towards the guy right at the time when the character decided to get aggressive. In my book if you go after a cop like this criminal did then you deserve a complete beat down.
Why do justify this? I see the man is sleeping. He sleep in the metro. Ok, illegal is to sleep there in the metro. That man is not agressive or violent. He only sleep. Why is the police so angry and so aggressive for this sleeping person? No, this is wrong so much. This is wrong. This is police being the big pussy to the sleeping person with no agression to police. No aggression from that man sleeping. Why is the police so angry to (BEAT THIS MAN) when the man is only sleeping in the metro? Why is the police so angry for this man? Do this man have the rights to stand when he is kicked? Do he have rights for to react to that? Why do this police treat (humans) like the peice of shit?
Really is so much very sad to see how police in the USA use their power to beat maybe the drug addict person, maybe the homeless person, (THAT PERSON IN YOUR VIDEO IS NOT AGGRESSIVE , NO GUN, NO WEAPON. JUST SLEEPING IN THE METRO) What is wrong with you to justify this?
The police is respected, I do respect and to appreciate the police. But this video is stupid power abuse of police to the man sleeping and not have no agression.
