And you didn't notice that the force used was excessive, and that the three police officers are out of a job, and that one of them is likely to spend twenty years in jail and be forced to declare bankruptcy? Who exactly wins in this scenario? One man is dead. Three are out of a job and in addition one of those lives is in ruins.

I don't care about the rights of violent criminals. Three officers are out of a job because of political correctness run amuck. You can't complain about all the violence in the black community and then defend the very people committing all those crimes. Well, I guess you can complain about it so long as the goal is to have something to complain about rather than work on the solution. The solution in dealing with violent criminals is to execute them immediately. You guys are big on controlling gun violence. Try this. Commit a crime with a weapon and execution is immediate. No, we can't do that. We'd rather make excuses for the criminals while watching hundreds of truly innocent people be gunned down in the streets. Makes for great politics.

If you are suggesting he was shot in the back while on the ground and under control, that is clearly not what happened and no one is claiming that. He was either shot while driving a stolen car and almost hitting police officers with it or in the frenzied chase which followed.

Not so fast. If it was just due to "political correctness," then those officers would have recourse based on what is understood to be standard police procedure and the law. I don't think anyone changed the rules in the middle of the "game" to the officers' detriment. So let's see how that plays out. However much we may dislike people who break the law, the police are still required to respond with appropriate force rather than automatically rushing out of the gate with shock and awe as a matter of course.
Why do you continue to equate or conflate senseless killing by senseless people with senseless killing by people in authority whose duty it is to uphold the laws as they are written and understood?
Both instances are tragic, but the latter adds insult to injury. Thugs will be thugs, but police officers shouldn't be.
Because the BLM and the left are out there pretending that the black community is under assault by the police. They are under assault by other black people. The threat is another black man. The danger is another black man. The killing of innocents are done by other black men. The destruction to their communities is done by other black men. This is the case 99% of the time. Lets not pretend that the 99% of the problem is the police. So long as that pretending continues, I will continue to point out who and what the real problem is. You could take every wrongful death perpetrated by the police in the last 50 years wouldn't make one f'n month of black on black crime in Chicago. And lets make sure we're talking about actual bad shoots, not the Mike Brown types which are completely justifiable shootings. Even Eric Holder knows that.
