I know that many New Yorkers view Southerners as ignorant red-necks. However one thing is our cops in the South know how to shoot.

In Durham, North Carolina when two cops open fire on a wanted criminal pulling a gun on them in the middle of a crowded entertainment district - the two cops fire a total of six bullets and all six hit the criminal and not a single bullet hits an innocent bystander.

In New York City when two cops open fire on a wanted criminal over 50 bullets are fired, a dozen innocent bystanders are shot, and a single bullet miraculously wounds the criminal.
