Americans saved Europe, twice, and still continues to protect them today. The United States of America did all the heavy lifting for freedom, has done all the heavy lifting, and will continue to do all the heavy lifting. Without the United States of America there is no free world, anywhere. Anyone on this planet enjoying freedom in any fashion can thank an American, especially the American fighting man and woman. How did the US get the money & productivity (people) to be a superpower? The US was birthed by Europe and has been able to do what is has done thanks to centuries of migration from European migrants. Who brought the advanced skills from the Empires? Who brought the foundations of democracy?

You can't have one without the other. Europe had a supply for raw materials for centuries enabling it to bypass the middle east trade, plunging Arab and Persian society into the dark ages (again).
