Can you please suggest any cheap (ie almost free?) online coaching/training for poker, similar to Coursera? I am interested in both theory and application

Try reading some books by David Sklansky. I dont know about coaches or if they even exist maybe you should try Google for that.
I used to play a lot online but havent played in awhile. The good thing about online play is you can replay the hands and it really helps in learning the game. I don't know if there are any good sites left though. It seemed like a lot of bots were playing too.
