points and click trading on charts..whos got it?

With this renewed volty its time for me to start trading intraday again. So I test drove open ecrys platform for a few weeks and LOVED the point and click function on the charts (right click buy stop or limit, left click sell stop or limit...cover all at mkt and cancel..etc).

So, aside from futs is there a firm or software package I can get that will let me trade equities like this?

Forgive my ignorance..have not day traded heavily since 2003..

Hi indahook,

You can enter & manage orders w/a single-click using QuoteTrader for FREE, and with an account at either TD AMERITRADE or Interactive Brokers, you can trade equities.

Hi Brent.

Very interesting product. If I am using IB for example how many days of intraday data is visible? And can you chart options with QT?

IB's TWS API provides 6 months of history for all time frames:

Yes, you can chart options with QT if the data source provides historical/intraday data - IB does, but during our tests, the quantity of data available was relatively low.

if it shows Level II right on the chart, then this would be the PERFECT charting/trading software.
