Didn't you post a message stating that their President quit.....now you believe me that he was fired. Man....you don't waste time changing your story. You love to spread rumors, don't you. You also enjoy taking advantage of others misfortune (atleast that's what it sound like from your messages).
As far as the BD license, PD is functioning (still) so I guess the owners are not as stupid as you think hmmmmmm maybe they found a "replacement"

If either of you worked for PD, you would know about the resignation letter i sent around a week or two before i left...In addition, Im considering using one of the PD platforms on my web site for my new company, TradeMore Direct....i will hopefully be launching the site within a week....I enjoy a solid relationship with the owners of PD and we did all we could in this market to keep it going, unfortunately software development costs and rapid market declines are a bad combination. since you techies are out of work, why don't you contact me and I'll see what i can do about getting you some jobs?

Did you tell Tuesday morning about it? They are the people up at the mall who sell little knick nacks...nice try though. Truthfuly I would have taken that name if it was available but it's not.
As far as the site being launched, if you read my post you would see that i said it WILL be launched...However, once it is launched i will not sit here plugging the name every five threads...I will buy advertsing space and or sponsor some forums, Thus i didn't give the web site name in my post.

Let me clarify, I have applied for tmdirect.com from intersol. I haven't received confirmation yet, and you may be correct, but the whois search shows it available.
Point is, I wont hold my breath to see you new website, which I still believe is a pipe dream, and if you're planning on using PD as the engine, I certainly wont be sending any business you way.

Let me clarify i few things for you:
1) you are a liar. you didn't buy anything nor could you afford it...last i checked you were let go by PD, so you are unemployed right? Not that it really matters because the mere fact you are looking up web site names for sale tells me you are looking at help wanted ads. I do appreciate the intense investigation though.
2) www.gobigmedia.com and look up any of those sights.
3) You claim to be a former tech guy at PD yet, you think it's a "pipe dream" to get a web site going??? I hate to say it but anybody with a credit card can get a site up and running in 24 hours...if you are in awe of me getting a web site going, the whole idea of direct access trading must blow your mind away!

When you went down to the suntrust building in downtown orlando, did they make you stay within those blue lines on the street?
Well this is all the fun I can handle but I do want to use this site for productive reasons. All i wanted was to clarify untrue statments written both for and against me...I would like to warn you though that I do beleive some of your statements in earlier posts stepped over the line. Good luck hunting for a new job and if that doesn't work out you can keep making the purchases of websites that are already owned...shrewd investment there...I'll sell you a bridge i own in NYC if you want.
