This is in addition to my post earlier...
I had an encounter with IB's customer service/support about a month ago...I tried to close out a position that was going against me. I couldn't get the software to confirm that my order had been received and ended up on "hold" with IB for about 20 minutes before I could get a warm body to tell me what had been done (if anything) with my order. It wasn't fun. I started a search for an alternative broker and that sent me to PD.
As I wrote, I still have an account w/ IB and will use them as a backup (ya, sure) while I'm checking out PointDirex.
