Point and Figure chart for ES

Hi,

If you are using Point and Figure chart for ES daytrading, can
you pls suggest box size, reversal.
I tried 0.25x3 and noticed the values are moving very fast.

Any other suggestion using pnf chart for ES ?

Get a copy of The Definitive Guide to P&F by Jeremy du Plessis. The one box reversal method using 1 point as a box size (4 ticks) works for me.
 
I use three charts simultaneously. 3 x .5, .75 and 1.0. I trade off the .75 and enter and exit off the .5. I use the 1.0 for targets.

played around with settings and came up with these because they "looked right"
