I was picking up kids at soccer and I was listening on satellite radio... it was hilarious..
the lawyer from the Venable firm threatened Carlson with a copyright violation if he read the letter on the air. I was lucky I was stopped at a light... I might driven off the road I laughed so quickly.

I have heard of the firm so that means they must be pretty big because i only know of few d.c. firms..

that was the dumbest thing I ever heard or read from well known law firm.

Its something a collection attorney might try in a low rent area but not in a letter to a big media outlet.
