plz recommend an instrument for scalping

hello,

i'm new to trading. i've been position trading forex but now wish to change my style to scalping.

for now, i know nothing besides eur/usd spot forex and eur futures.

so, could you please recommend a good instrument for scalping, with some explanations like, how good it is compared to eur/usd in terms of spreads/commissions, volatility, etc.

any input is appreciated.
