Pabst is right, as usual. We've listened to 7 years of Bush is Hitler, Bush and Cheney started a war so Halliburton could profit, Bush went to war to steal Iraq's oil, Bush lied, people died, General "Betrayus", etc etc. This stuff came from groups leading democrats, including Obama, support slavishly and neither Obama nor anyone else ever told them to tone it down. On the contrary, democrats encouraged it, delighted in it, celebrated it. If Bush or Cheney had been assasinated, I'm sure they would have danced in the streets.
Now suddenly because these two idiots supposedly had some grandiose and totally unworkable plot, we are supposed to shut up about Obama's decades long association with unrepetant terrorists, people who actually carried out multiple bombings and planned more? We're supposed to follow the lead of the media and just softpedal any criticisms of Obama because some nut might decide to come unglued?
If the media had done its job and thoroughly vetted Obama, say to the extent they did Joe the plumber or Todd Palin, none of this would be an issue. They didn't. Instead they acted more like arms of the Obama campaign, accepting anything Obama said at face value and hissing at anyone who questioned it. So we get the bizarre situation that because a candidate has a long record of associations with some of the most reprehensible people in the country, we are not allowed to say anything because it might upset someone? How crazy is that?
