Please suggest intraday stock papertrading site

Have a friend who wants to learn to trade. Doesn't have a broker account yet and just needs something to chart and papertrade stocks with so he can learn.

Any suggestions?

He has an Oanda paper account and wants something similar to sim stocks with intraday.

Any suggestions appreciated.
