Why not seek out a public speaking group? If you don't find one, start one up.

Bible Churches, including but not limited to Baptist Churches, Pentecostal Churches.
Most of the better ones do yellow pages ads/newspaper ads. I also listen to some of them@ night on radio. Some also give free meals,coffee + snacks, + some don't.
Baptist tend to be the most common, in US.
I almost always carry my Bible, maybe 20% do that now/smart phones+ tablets maybe more common........
