does anyone think its a coincidence that stock usually has the last post to most threads? He is a one boy killing machine, as soon as he posts the thread is dead...
but this isn't Italy. this is America. No 1 cares unless you live in italy.
The US economy is still fundamentally strong so I see no reason to capitulate.
I suppose people like to think of dramatic events as bad news.
But you know, real cycles grind slowly.
Capital controls descend on the US such that remittance of money abroad becomes taxable or illegal.
Or traveling abroad for skilled professionals becomes onerous.
Or mandatory investment of a certain percentage of pensionable funds in government bonds.
Really bad news would be if your neighbour starts thinking seriously about migrating to China to find a job.
