Please Help: Realtime Most active list

I'd really like insights on which websites I can go to to get a REALTIME list of most active stocks / biggest advancers (by percent) among the entire set of US stocks (traded on Nasdaq, NYSE and AMEX). A lot of sites give a delayed list of most active / biggest advancers but not realtime.

As opposed to going to a site for this information, is there a way to get this information from data feed / charting software? Can I program it into software like Medved QuoteTracker or IB's TWS?

Any help would be much appreciated.

It is one of the canned list of Real Tick.

Almost any decent trading platform will that built in. It is pretty much standard in about everything these days.

As much as Real Tick has been a major pain with its servers over the last year or so, the intraday canned and buyable scans that you can get on the program are the best out there.

This is available in eSignal using the Leaders Window. You can access this by clicking on View --> Leaders, or by using the Hotkey Ctrl-L
