Please help- Buying PWC, Yamaha or Sea-Doo?

Looking to get two new PWC's. I have never owned a "waverunner" before, only rented.

I've narrowed it down to either Yamaha or Sea-Doo.

I will be riding mostly in a bay and some ocean riding. Not looking to do tricks or wavejumping etc, just looking for good cruising and reliability.

Can any ET'ers please give me a little help on the pro's and con's of either and also a recommendation.

From my research so far, it loks like Yamaha is the best and most reliable.

Kawasaki is next
Seadoo is at the bottom.


I've owned a yamaha and a kawasaki.

What size are you looking at ?



Are you buying new ?


You do realize they will depreciate greatly?
