There are 2 ways to search our site, skip to the second option if you have tried using our site. The 2nd option is not as up to date as the 1st, but it does have the functionality you are looking for.
1)
To use our search try these methods, http://www.elitetrader.com/vb/search.php?s=
Join words with AND, OR and NOT to control your search in more detail.
Add asterisks (*) to use wild cards in your search (*trade* matches
daytrader etc.)
2)
If this does not work try Google.
Go to Google advanced. Then put
elitetrader.com as "search this domain only". Then up top choose the box that best
fits your needs and place your search. http://www.google.com/advanced_search?hl=en

I've done both those. The 1st way doesn't give the phrase searching. 2nd way does, but as you said, not as timely, and there's no way to sort so that I see the most recent entries first (and as you know google pulls more on term relevance and links, not date relevance.
So, if there is anyway possible to add it internally, it would be a big benefit!
