Platform to plot ES and Vix in same window?

SierraChart ($17/mth) with IB for data.
Use the Study/Price Overlay Study. If you try it, enter 0 for the "Study Number".
You will have to open 2 charts, but after you have done that you can minimize one of them while showing the information from the minimized one on the same chart as the open one, but in a pane below. ie, you can scroll both symbols at the same time, check values at same time etc...
