Wasn't sure where to post this question, but this looks like as good a place as any.
What's your opinion on sweet potatoes?
Are they a no-no or are they pretty healthy? In moderation of course.
I was never a fan really, but actually (by accident) I've found they're actually pretty tasty. And filling.

I think sweet potatoes are a good food choice. And, as you say, tasty.
