Basically what he said is that plants, nuts, seeds and fruits of all types contain lots of toxic chemicals that are harmful to the human body, and those natural pesticides that many plants contain are actually present in much higher concentrations than the artificial pesticides that are sprayed by farmers. He gives many examples but one is brussel sprouts, which contain over 130 toxic chemicals that are harmful to humans. And then he winds up the whole thing by saying that many so-called diseases such as type-2 diabetes are actually issues that are caused by the buildup of various plant toxins over time, and those toxins block certain enzymes and chemicals released by the pancreas which causes the diabetes problem later in life.Cliffs?
An even shorter summary than @Baron's is he's basically saying humans should only eat a certain class of highly-processed plants - aka meat.Cliffs?

The way I came to a way of eating that I do which is really just meat and water is 22 years ago when I was taking cancer biology at the University of Washington in Seattle, we went over how plants use defense chemicals in order to defend themselves ... We learned, 20 years ago, that brussels sprouts alone had over 136 identified human carcinogens in them.

A few sentences cover his diet philosophy.
The youtube channel is called "Low Carb Down Under," and unfortunately there is no shortage of non-plants down under that would think nothing of killing you too.

Guy must have a really interesting gut microbiome. Is this a dietary principle you subscribe to?
Yeah, because one of the side-effects that's not so pleasant with the carnivore/keto diet is that your breath and body odor can become pretty gross... maybe not to you but to those around you. But think about it... it makes sense since there's nothing in your gut 24/7 other than a pile of decomposing meat.Guy must have a really interesting gut microbiome. I'm thinking maybe apocalyptic.
