We don't worship the fed, we just know it has the book of blank checks and can make the difference between inflation and recession with monetary policy, which require opposite directional bias for anyone trying to ride the wave. But you seem to have already decided to margin up for the down side, which I believe will eventually come, but not until after no one is looking for it.....

The thing about the FED I have developed over time after watching how blindly people just obey and worship The Fed.
The bond market is where its at and for me I know I can't go toomuch wrong if I keep myeye on the 90-day treasury bond yield. I also watch TNX and TYX.
But like you said, there are no guaranties and I can get smoked on any given day. The giant I am up against is none other that the mighty Dow Jones, a fella with only 30 engines but who packs considerable AWE power.
All I want is to accumulate in peace and be ready to Live or die.
Good point. So high up in the alleged Bear rally the odds do not favor spikes. Spikes and extension gaps are a thing of the 3rd wave which for this leg has already passed. Not saying a freak move could not happen. It can. I am only a beginner and know my limitations but I cannot let FEAR stymie my native thrust so early in my career.
And of course I could be making a mistake in not taking profits as Ihave been nthe fullgrees at least twice. But its not my style to play for so little reward.

This is a good boy. He is quiet, makes his post quietly, hardly anyone notices and he he just leaves quietly. All this done without any fanfare. Kinda reminds of LOVE & INSPIRATION, both of whom operate the same way. No fanfare whatsoever.
I do not have time now to go over his stuff in detail due to the market kicking my ass in terms of time. but when its over, its going to be Destriero, Overnight, Ondafringe and Handle 123 I am going to study.
Lucky for me I love all 4 of them, they have great personalities and are very funny in their own right. It would be a pleasure for me and an honor.

Another fella I like a great deal is volente_00. This lad is a quiet lad, unassuming, has taken tons of sh*t here but keeps coming back to perform and try again.
Some fella named "bone" commented that volente_00 comes back every year and has been doing the sam esh*t for years, i.e. calling tops and always wrong
