But one must be alert for Wave 1 down ending because a significant rally will take out more than half your spoils of war. You will still be OK down the road because the trend is down and all rallies will be fully retraced but you will not be comfortable giving back 50%+

People who have grown up mentally tender, soft, cuddly and warm during the Everything Bubble of the Economy will not have the kahunas to sustain themselves during a dramatic downturn. Every damn thing jut went up and up and up. They got used to this.


By the time the next Election comes around Joe could be at 5% approval rating. Trump is lucky to have lost. Had he won he too would be humiliated by this 2 degrees of Trend Bear market. He would stand no chance although I would admire his courage and fortitude and speed of particle flow in getting the job done. Nobody is a match for Bear. Nobody! that's just the way it is!

When I left the Housing arena the exits were so empty it was as if the restrooms had never ever been cleaned, there jut was not a single person there. So obviously I walked out all alone - as usual
