Lately I'm constantly distracted by this thought and its affecting my trading concentration: it pops in and out ....

If it takes only $20 billion to totally eradicate homelessness in America why are we giving a foreign country $54 billion to fight a war they cannot win? Its throwing money down the drain.

Shit happens in a Bear market of this caliber.

Another way to support preventative services is by donating to organizations that help communities access resources. “We believe people with disabilities, mental health concerns, and addictions can best address those concerns when housed with no timelines or program-required expectations,” Beth Benner, Executive Director of Women’s Housing Coalition, said..."

So to end homelessness, we just need to pay for all the homeless people's food, housing and medical needs until they get jobs and can afford to pay for all that on their own by earning 30 bux per hour in their career. That will cost a LOT more than $20 billion.

We won't even mention the interest bit, which is a @piezoe issue.

But after 09/11, I think that is 2.4 Trillion well spent. If you do not understand why, then you didn't live in NY during the attacks.

For starters if God allowed us to roll back the clock and grant us one wish, I'd ask for cancelation of the Iraq war, a totally bogus war that nobody has yet been jailed for. Then the savings from that war I would feed all the elitetraders who are either already on the streets of California or will be by the time the BEAR market ends - including ME. :) :)

If endless wars is what you wish to end, then your wish should be an end to the Isreali-Muslim war which has been raging for hundreds of years.

That would have had a greater impact on our current state of affairs in the Middle East.

You wasted your one wish. You failed.
