You haven't hit any nerve with me at all. I'm amused that we're posting on an American politics forum, and I'm the one who is American out of the two of us. Apparently, you're riled enough to be telling us how bad our country is (which you've been doing for quite some time now).
But back to the original topic, apparently it is you who gets to decide what we should consider as "legitimate prosecutable deaths" in your imaginary court.
Just wanted to get that clarified, even if it has no chance in hell of becoming reality.

The appointment of Sessions to AG confirms Trump means business in a big way on immigration and he is going to keep his "day one" promise.
The AG is one of the most important Presidential appointments and the Senate will have no choice but to rubber stamp him. There will be no dickin' around wasting time wondering if he'll be approved or not.
Whether you agree with his policies or not, its a brilliant move on Trump's part. He is not f*ckin' around. He is gonna be ready for day one, at least on the deportation front.

Then a source familiar with the incoming administration told CNN there will be a database and it'll be similar to the National Security Entry-Exit Registration System (NSEERS).
NSEERS was a Bush-era program enacted shortly after September 11, 2001, terrorist attacks. It disproportionately targeted Arabs and Muslims and was a point of contention between rights groups and the federal government for nearly a decade.
It was also a mega failure -- both strategically and, critics say, ethically.

Second, it mandated that these people, as well as others already in the US, register and regularly check in with immigration officials. Third, it kept track of those leaving the country to make sure that temporary guests did not remain illegally. Violators were arrested, fined and even deported.

No. Just an American. You'll note that the country wasn't founded by the Indians. They were just indigenous to the region. I'm sure if we go back before the Gauls, your people pushed out the indigenous tribes as well.
