Obviously I have looked at the numbers. The number of drone deaths is in the hundreds, anywhere between 200 and 600 from the numbers I've seen.

Iraq War has had 120,000 civilian deaths. Sure you can say "both sides are guilty" but without a baseless US invasion, most of these people would probably be alive. So the US invasion has caused either directly or indirectly 120,000 civilian deaths.

Let's not forget all the military hardware left behind. Without US military equipment, IS would definitely be a lesser problem and we'd have fewer problems in the world.
