Pinnacle Data -- alternatives

I've been using pinnacle data for a little less than a year but their service has been slipping (and I didn't think it could get worse). Tonight there's still no update file, it's usually done by 6:45 EST. Now it's 7:45 and still no file and I'm wondering if the schmuck whose job it was to generate the update called in sick or something.

I've thought about CSI but they're more expensive (although nothing is worth this!). Are there any other alternatives anyone can suggest for ratio adjusted futures downloads?

Maybe it would be worthwhile to write (or commission someone to write) software that creates the ratio adjusted contracts you want, starting from raw contract data. Then you could use any data vendor who supplies raw contracts. It would probably widen the universe of possibilities.
