What is the best place out there for access and info on penny stocks?

I'm using E*Trade and it's been working fine for trading and news / research. $10 each trade no matter how many million shares :eek:

Trading - some say best if clear through Penson - but old info.

Awesome. I will look into interactive brokers. Anyone suggest a bank that has some sort of fund of penny stocks?
Can I just go to a Morgan Stanely broker and trade penny stocks?

These forums do not cater to the penny stock population for all the reasons mentioned above.
I heard the pink sheets from china go down sometimes 
I remember when I was a newb I thought I was going to get rich buying a stock for subpennies! "Ohh my gosh , what if it goes to just 1 dollar!!!??"
The dream was worth more than the POS stock. lol
