pilot program no up tick required stocks

Does this program still exist and if it does, can you tell me where I can get the list of stocks currently in the program.

The Nasdaq list is current (it's dated Friday the 15th)

do i understand it correctly that if i short stocks on Reg Sho list my order get executed even if the stock is dropping like a rock and there is no uptick?

is anything know about the results of the Reg Sho test? is uptick rule more or less dead?
