What a fabulous simple solutiuon to stacking monitors. Probably costs about $20 vs the $1000 Ergotron etc would set you back.

This has solved my problem - I can't buy multi monitor stands in Thailand. If I tried to get them through customs I would get raped on import duty. It is undoubtedly possible to get a cheap copy of Ergotronn type stands made, but very difficult without the originals as a template..............

Very easy to get your wooden box type made - if metal corner brackets are used very thin plywood could probably be used. Thanks!

I find the mouse fine for entering orders, but way too slow for modifying them, particularly when you just want to move a limit order a tick or two down so you won't miss a move. I use NinjaTrader, which unfortunately does not yet support hotkeys (and thus you cannot program a gamepad for it), but I've been trying it with IB in demo mode and still I'm not there, but I think it's worth exploring. I just think that a gamepad (of which I'm not particularly fond) is better suited for the task.

Still, I see your point. What do you use mostly, just mouse? hotkeys?

Take a look at Buttontrader used with a numeric key pad.

it's a chop (a photoshop job). the outside screens don't have reflection on desk.
