actually is it s simple quote window w about 10-15 stocks, S&P futures and TICK, and one chart window on a laptop.
On the chart I overlay the S&P futures line over a candlestick but i watch the quote window (tape read). I use the chart to occasionally flip through the stocks for reminders of relative strength or weakness to the futures and key price levels only.

1) I am sorry but please clarify what was the total cost???
2) And what kind of power does your desktop have to power up and run charts/trading on all those monitors?
3) Does JDKGROUP have any meaning or relevance to your current endeavors?
4) It would help to know which trading instrument(s)/markets do you intend on trading?

theres 28 inch lcd monitor for 500! that is great price. brand is HANNS-G , had them before not bad.

1. 19" monitors are 150-200 each...stand is about 1K...it all adds up when you tally both systems, desks, chairs, TV, etc.....YMMV
2. Computers are 680i mobo's, intel quad cpu on one with 4gb ram, dual nvs 440 qudro gpu's..everything from newegg...yada yada...if you need any specific help feel free to PM
