Here is a configuration for a powerful and extremely quiet PC, similar to one I built recently.

The design goal for this particular config was not best-bang-for-the-buck. The system has more processing power than most traders need.

This config is best suited to those who need greater processing power for back testing, significant real time analysis, or many real time tick charts -- in an extremely quiet package.
