And here is the full view. Twenty Four 21" samsung LCD monitors, two quad processor servers, three independent real time data feeds, voice activation of orders, and more ....

2 servers? how many monitors on each one? Doesn't Windows XP only support up to 8? That would bring it to 16

But damn, anyway I now have to go shopping again to gain the ET Monitor King title :D

nice setup :)

Send me your e-mail and I'll send the full resolution pic (2Mb) so you could see everything clear.

Ok, Maestro sent me the pic, all 7MB of it! I take back what I said about it looking fake b/c after seeing the pic it looks real enough.
How does one process all of that information? To each his own...nice setup btw, Maestro.

OK.....That is the motherload. I'd recommend SPF-30 lotion on the traders exposed skin with some dark shades.

Personally, I have trouble finding the cursor on a couple screens -- I'd be jiggling the mouse for 10 minutes to find it with that setup. Do traders like to sit in front of that? - kinda like having to sit in the front row of a movie theater.

BTW....Are there any pranksters that walk by and holler "Transmit"?

My God! that is the lord of all trade workstation setups!!

I wonder what your electricity bill would have been if those were CRTs and bet you wouldn't be able to keep that in your penthouse especially if you have weak floor structure. at 80lbs x 24 = almost 2000 lbs on one desk. WOW

How about yet another row of monitors on top to keep the trader better informed?

They do make chairs that swivel allowing for a complete circle of monitors. At the end of the day, the trader could get up on the desk and jump out.

CNBC would bring the cameras to anybody who had this setup :D

Now I know why all the stores are sold out on 21" samsung LCD monitors.:D

Great setup, though!

Our system is running on 9X media servers. They allow up to 30 monitors per server. It operates as one big desktop.
