The old picture from the rand corp looks almost exactly like the manuevering room on a 688 attack sub. It even has the throttles. Its supposed to be a home computer? Why would you need throttles from a nuclear sub on a home computer?

Those are the throttles. But i guess they could do some pretty heavy scrolling.
