Physical attributes of trading

Many people think that trading is just pushing buttons in the screen.

Trading is physical, meaning you have physical effects on your body when you trade.
1. Your hands start shaking and you cannot control it.
2. Heart starts pumping
and that is with stops and planning

Any experience that traders want to share?
Some traders during the oil going to negative pricing probably had an heart attack the trauma of trading they may not recover for months after that disaster known as post traumatic stress 'disorder' PTSD from trading trauma.

you probably mean trading requires neutral emotion
ie
1. Your hands must not shake
2. Heart pumps at normal rate
3. your body temp at normal temp
4. no itchiness
5. no anger , no anxiety, no greed, just neutral
6. no smashing of computer screen
7. no dog/wife/children kicking / bashing
etc etc

when I first traded life, my heart pumped at 3x; damn scary.
fortunately that only lasted for a week.

as long as emotion is not neutral, trader wouldn't be able to make it.

its one of the main reason some traders don't hold overnight positions. and go flat end of day.

for stocks especially now with this volatility. you don't want to hold any positions over the weekend or overnight. volatility is that high.

if your risk is only 1% of your account, There is less stress and anxiety. You must doing no risk or low risk trading.

Depends on what stage of knowledge/trading you are. Now some 100,000 screen hours, thousands of trades, decades of testing, automation is the best, but when I am testing new system, hands shake cause I am on a mountain of supplements and medications and not cause I am leery of my rules. As most close friends know I am heartless when trading, don't get excited at all whether I am up or down, most of the time have no idea, just doing the rules.

Last 11 years concentrated on risk side of my trading plan, bottom line is much better cause my risk is lower. Bu at some point when you have much more of the answers before the question, it is just pushing buttons.

I am bottom feeder long term and sell when too high, always hedged. So bought plenty of energies and UCO.

Your hands shake?
Really?

only large traders. that beyond my risk tolerance. or for some other reason. it is like your 'possessed'. you know what i mean. you've lost control of your mind.
there are stories of traders who lost big on a 'bad trade' and laying flat on the ground on their back on the floor-- literally speaking and cannot move.

This is with losing money any where not just fucking trading

not sure why people attribute do much more to trading profession than others that are also involved in money
