Can someone explain the "effect" of and Photon and electricity in terms of reaction....my television is acting up again, and I'm looking into repairing it... It's one of those old black and white "t.v's"...I get better reception with this old set for my nightly news...Albert seems predisposed and can not help me with his novel, nobel idea...
