Quote from insider trading:
The only chance they would have to win this case is in Hawaii.Hawaii has certified Obama as being born there and a US citizen,no other judge from another state can challenge Hawaii's certification of Obama.thats why this crap isn't getting a second look by any judge, they don't have the authority to challenge Hawaii's certification process
Even if somebody challenges and wins a case in Hawaii about the way Hawaii certifies birth and citizenship, any changes made would not effect Obama and those who are already certified as citizens under the old system
Any chance you could back that statement up....
I have never seen a quote from the state of Hawaii saying he was born in Hawaii.
I have never read a case which says we have to accept the statement of a public official as the only evidence when a public record could be examined. Would your "statement" survive an objection as to foundation. Would it overcome an objection as to hearsay - if I had subpoenaed the official records. Would the best evidence rule come into play.
By the way..
I am not sure how the Supreme would define Natural Born Citizen..
I am not sure when this type of case is too stale to review.
I am not sure if a member of the public, a competing candidate or someone else is a proper party and has standing.
Who knows how many other issues I could think of if I spent some time in a law library.
