Obviously, the State Dept would have known about that Hawaii statute, and would not have accepted merely the Certification doc to issue Obama his passport.
They require an actual birth certificate with a raised seal from the issuing state before they will give you a passport.
Obviously, they got one.
Hawaii also says they've got the docs from the hospital he was born in, in Hawaii.
The only reason to question this is if you are, either

a) a sore loser, or
b) no respecter of democracy.

Of course, being in a) does not exclude the possibility that you are also the kind of scum who inhabits class b). And vice versa.

I can't help but enjoy reading the posts of all these anti constitutionalists. They keep making up shit and others other nut jobs believe it.


It is such a simple question.
Can Obama prove he is a natural born citizen and hence qualified under the laws of the u.s. to be president.

Instead of saying thats the law lets see - we have having acting like lunatics arguing conspiracy theories and pretending to make up evidence.
