Philip J. Berg, Petitioner v. Barack Obama

Quote from RussellDaytrade:

I estimate that at times, particularly times like these, it may come down purely to an intuitive sense of whom one feels is best suited and equipped for the task(s) at hand, based primarliy on their grasp of the subject matter, along with their abilities to convey with equanimity to those around them, their sense of how best to negotiate through troubled waters. I think Obama is doing, and has done a good job at both, and that his capabilities in both evaluating, conveying, and addressing important issues that will affect the nearby and long-term well-being of our nation are second-to-none. I feel that my sense of the situation is fairly even-handed, and while I have an acknowledged bias towards the Democratic styles of rule, and sympathies, that nonethelesss, for the tasks we face as a nation, and there are many, the leader we have chosen is indeed the best man for the job.

That is not to say that he, or any other person, is free of defect or perfectly capable of proceding, in good times or bad, without making their fair share of missteps. That said, it is my firm-held belief that we, as a nation, stand to benefit, perhaps greatly, from the leadership I trust he will work to provide.

So, if you wish a direct answer to your question, it is an intuitive sense, that as you so rightly point to, is greatly influenced by his speeches, and debates.

In fact, if I had to sum it up in one word for you, which I am very happy to do, that is trust. I trust the man. That, I think you may find, is both the highest form of compliment, as well as the hardest thing to come by.

I trust his capabilities. I trust his integrity. I trust his heart. I trust his word. I trust him.

You fail to question even the slightest importance.

Lets skip the questioning of his complete lack of experience.

Lets skip the questioning of his questionABLE associations.

The bottom line is that you trust a man that promised something that not even the greatest of men could accomplish.

You trust a man that lied to the public about being able to do what he said he could do.

He has and will for the rest show a massive disconnect between what he has said and what he does.

You cannot in my opinion trust a man that tells lower and middle class people that he will bring economic change when the change is impossible to accompish.

You trust Obama not because he is trustworthy but because he makes himself look trustworthy in order to hide his disgusting amount of ambition in order to be elected president.

Obama is a politician. You trusting any politicians especially in the last couple years automatically qualifies your opinion to be worthless.

The only way i would base my vote off of trusting a politician is if i was a naive college student hoping for total world peace and economic equality.

Look at the big picture.

Quote from Mercor:

*He never published any of his own studies while at law review
*He was never a professor ,only an instructor
*Against the most sucessful strategy and of the Iraq war, and for defeat and withdraw in the war we have just won.
*best selling author, joins Millie, Barbra Bush's dog
*Ran the most bloated, overspending campaign ever. McCain spent 2/3 less and came within 6 points.

the most successful strategy ?yeah, just send more troops.it takes a real genius to come up with that strategy

check out McCain's war predictions

Obama didn't care about points,he focused on electoral votes, which he won by over 190

I respectfully disagree with your assessment of the above. My opinion, in fact, is very valuable, and justifiably so.

The only way i would base my vote off of trusting a politician is if i was a naive college student hoping for total world peace and economic equality.

It is a well-known fact that I am by nature 'young-at-heart', and so you will have to excuse any sense of naivete' on my part, and as you so astutely point out, my sincere hope for peace, and a better foundational basis of equality. While perhaps not fully ever attainable, it may be a great time for more devoted efforts 'in that direction'.

That was LBJ's plan in Vietnam, more troops. It failed for him.

It is about a strategy. It was a plan on how to use the troops.
Strategic war theory, right from the academy. You know, those guys the Liberals want to put on trial.

I respect your compassion.

It is truly the balance of that and cold logical approaches.

How the two are combined correctly I do not know.

It really is the core flaw of human nature.

The youtube files are videos of John Mccain in his own words. If the videos are old, used and lame, then that means john mccain is old, used and lame.
