Yes it was resummitted to Clarence Thomas and is on the docket for 12/05.

The case as brought is interesting in that it seeks to require the sec of state of NJ to determine if the candidates on the ballot are qualified by law to serve for the office they are running for.
By naming all the presidential candidates in the motion it elimintes picking out just Obama.
My guess is that the Supreme Courts sides with plantiff and the sec of state of NJ has to decide what is more important, her career or Obama being president. She could very well sign off saying she is satisfied that he is an American citizen and just take the heat for it.
However, there are now 10 states with similar suits so we will see.

You really are thick. Do you think a politician from a population of 300 millions just shows up and says, let me through, I'll be the next president? Of course not. To get anywhere as a politician you need a lot of support, and you get that support from fund raisers, from inner circles and gatherings of rich people. These guys are pawns to whomever thought their mug was really good for the face of a president and who thought that Obama, Bush etc would be really loyal to THEIR demands. It's private business interests who control the country, and these interests are big, they play the game of capitalism and power globally.

It was the media and $1 Billion in campaign spending that got him elected. He got the money from overseas. Soros etc.
