I've searched a bunch of forums for this one episode, but no luck so far. Sorry for riding this thread. I'm mobile and on an iPad and it's taking forever to navigate.

Anyone know which episode it is that Phil speaks with a man who wants to be a police officer, but is unsure of himself? He seems to use a slight latin accent and come across as a generally unintelligent man. At one point the caller tries to say "Felonious", but mutters out "Felony bologna" instead.

It's a fairly short clip and I just downloaded and heard it a month ago. Now I can't find it. I've gone through all the podcast eps I have and downloaded them again, but haven't found it yet.

Any ideas on which number episode or the name of the episode this is?
