RE: PFG Best - Anyone interested in joining the class action suit being filed this week on behalf of traders whose accounts were frozen by PFG, contact Atty Michael Dell'Angelo at the Firm of Berger and Montague as soon as possible.

PFG's case may follow the madoff's case because both were operating PONZI model. Therefore, the proofs will mostly be cover on Madoff's case, and most likely the the court appointed trustee will be using

NET EQUITY FORMULA

to determine who will get the money first.

Keep in mind on the madoff's case, some have not received any recovery money AT ALL based on the net equity formula

But just as an FYI: I have found out that Trade Navigator can now hookup with RJO directly (using either a CQG or a PATS interface I believe) for both trading from the charts and auto-trading. And there's also a number of other brokers they've just recently added in order to directly hookup with.

2 .Some time before (1 year) author tryed to play PFG competition
with paper account ,but in 3 Place was rejected some time before contest ended ...

Without any ground ...

Have had suspect ,that not all is okay by PFG long time before

Multiple time's sended message's/complain's to CTFC ,
but as my money was not involved ,stopped this kind of activities

Yes, you're right, Genesis did add a few more brokers, just took a look, thank you. I haven't decided yet but nothing's happening until PFG gets resolved, looks like it's paper trading through Genesis for now.

I did like PFG, I'll admit, good for smaller traders, trade through Trade Navigator, met a broker at Geneisis, good commisions, good fills and such, they hosted the trading competition too, many notable traders involved too.

The CCC has a phone conference call scheduled for 6pm eastern time Monday evening about PFg, we'll get get more info hopefully.

I did get a statement from the PFG trustee, accurate at this time, DL'ed all my statements as a back up to what I've already got while the PFG site was up.

Oh yeah, get this, MFG trustee send out a check to bring accounts up to 80%, almost sent it to PFG just two days before their got shut down, changed my mind, dumped it into my regular checking account just out of convenience.

Bad enough we've got emg kicking us while we're down, wouldn't that been the ultimate kick in the face, ha!
