1. You company shut down author first place in contest of PFG
in maj 2005

2. Autor forced with court to pay prize money for contest first place in dec 2006 -feb 2007 by marketzar.com ,which used your platform and possibly related to PFG

3. Not only author ,but another member of elitetrader,which was winner of first place by marketzar.com stated ,that your platform by marketzar.com have multiple malfunction

4. Your company is not pure agent of principal and involved in trading against clients interess

P.S. -Etrade not payed author price money for first place in worldcup 2006 -36000 euro equivalent , after in2007
Etrade loosed 8 bill $ (-84% i n2007 only)

Thinkorswim have had conflict with author in feb 2007 with money transfer ,in 20008 in one day SWIM loosed some 35-40% of market value
