Mr. Wasendorf is in critical condition. Accounting irregularities are being cited and the NFA reportedly has frozen customer accounts.
Makes you wonder about the real story behind his seeming success that was actually a house of cards.
PFGBest had $400MM in customer segregated accounts at the end of April.
There needs to be an SIPC equivalent for futures accounts.
