PFG Best Direct - Opinions?

I have received an offer to trade european futures with PFG Best Direct over their own trading software. The european manager says that about 15% of the e-mini volume is going trough them... so someone on here must use them. how is their service, their software in real markets, account transfer handling, etc...

What are the commissions? Could I trade outcry market?

What are their round turn rates?
I think that they vary, but I am sure everyone would be interested in knowing the range?
